Don't take our word for it. Independent studies on how people choose a local business keep landing on the same three points — speed, trust and being findable at the exact moment of need:

The practical translation: a fast site that looks professional and shows up when people search nearby is not a luxury. It's the difference between the call going to you or to the shop next door. Beyond showing you the data, we apply it in every project: sites that weigh very little and load in a blink, design that conveys seriousness at first glance, and the listing-plus-website combination built to appear exactly when your neighbor searches for what you do. None of the numbers in this section are decoration: they're the checklist we build with.

In depth

Every service, explained without the jargon

Tap each service and read what it actually includes, who it's for and what it costs. Straight information, no phone call required to find out.

Web design: your storefront, open 24 hours

A professional web design doesn't start with colors: it starts with one question — what does the visitor need to do when they land here? For a service business the answer is almost always the same: call you, message you on WhatsApp or request a quote. That's why every site we build is designed around that action: call and WhatsApp buttons always visible, your services explained in the words your customers type into Google, your service areas spelled out and your real photos doing the convincing.

Your new site includes custom design (no templates your competitor also uses), copy written to sell your services in English — and in Spanish if your market asks for it —, a mobile version crafted first because most of your visits come from a phone, fast loading, a contact form wired to your email or WhatsApp, and the technical groundwork for Google to understand what you do and where you do it: correct titles and descriptions, local business structured data and the connection to your Google listing.

  • Who it's for: businesses with no site, or with a «decorative» site that doesn't bring a single call.
  • Price: $900–$2,500 one-time, depending on size and features. Fixed price in writing before we start.
  • Timeline: 3–7 business days from the day we receive your information and photos.

Good design also shows in what it does NOT have: no pop-ups that scare people off, no music playing on its own, no generic copy pasted from another business. We design so a first-time visitor understands in five seconds what you do, where you do it and how to reach you — and so they find you again when they search your name months later.

Website redesign: modernize your site without losing what you already earned on Google

Some pages were good five years ago and scare customers today: they look dated on a phone, take forever to load, hide the phone number or carry copy that no longer describes what the business does. A proper redesign is not «making it pretty again»: it's keeping what works — your web addresses, your accumulated rankings, the content that already gets visits — and rebuilding everything else to today's standards.

Our redesign process starts with a full review of your current site: which pages get traffic, which rankings you hold and what must be protected with redirects before we touch anything. Then we design the new version with your updated content, test it on phone and desktop, and make the switch carefully so Google doesn't lose a single address it already knows. If your current site sits on a slow or expensive-to-maintain platform, we can also migrate it to a fast, lightweight site that is 100% yours.

  • Who it's for: businesses with an old, slow site that no longer reflects what they do today.
  • Price: from $900, one-time.
  • Process guarantee: your current rankings are protected with a redirect map; nothing gets deleted unreviewed.

A mistake we see often: businesses that «refreshed» their site and lost in one stroke the rankings that took years to earn, because nobody took care of the old addresses. A redesign done right shows in calls from the first week; one done wrong shows in silence. That's why our redesign starts by protecting: an inventory of your pages, planned redirects and a results check after the switch.

Website maintenance: your site looked after every month, without you lifting a finger

A website is not a sign you hang and forget. Copy gets old, prices change, new services appear — and if nobody watches the site, one day you find out it's been down for weeks, right when a customer was looking for you. Maintenance exists so that never happens to you: we handle the technical side and the content changes, and you handle your business.

Every plan includes automated monitoring around the clock — we check your site every 5 minutes and if anything fails we get the alert to fix it —, updates and backups, content changes (copy, photos, prices, hours) and support from a real person. And something almost nobody offers: maintenance is optional and cancelable whenever you want. Your site is yours and stays online even if you cancel; we don't use your website as a hostage to keep you.

  • Who it's for: owners with no time or appetite for fighting the technical side.
  • Price: from $99/mo, no forced contract.
  • Includes: 24/7 monitoring, content changes, security and support.

Think of maintenance as the calm insurance of your internet presence: while you're on the job site, in the salon or in the kitchen, someone is watching that your page stays online, fast and accurate. Changes others bill by the hour and take weeks to make arrive here with a simple message and get done without you moving a finger.

Local SEO: get found on Google and the map when people search in your area

Local SEO is the ongoing work that makes a customer searching «near me» find you before your competitor. It's not a single trick: it's the combination of your optimized Google listing, your website saying the same thing with the right structure, real reviews coming in steadily and your business data being consistent everywhere. Google rewards the businesses that keep those signals alive — and punishes with invisibility the ones that «set it and forgot it».

Our local SEO service works those signals month after month: optimizing your listing and keeping it active with photos and updates, real review strategy (asking well, at the right moment, with the direct link), content aligned to your services and areas, and clear reports where you see what moved — no cryptic charts and no empty promises of «position #1», which nobody honest can guarantee.

  • Who it's for: businesses that live off local customers and don't show on the map today.
  • Price: from $499/mo (Essential plan).
  • Foundation: optimized Google listing + aligned website + real reviews + clear reporting.

Why do we insist local SEO is monthly and not «one and done»? Because Google weighs recent activity and your competition is working too: your new reviews, new photos and updated content tell Google — and your customers — that your business is alive. On-page SEO lays the foundation in a single payment; local SEO is the steady training that keeps your business in shape on the map.

On-page SEO: we optimize the site you already have, for a one-time $499

Already have a website but Google barely shows it? On-page SEO is the deep tune-up of what's already published: we optimize up to 10 pages your site already has live — titles, descriptions, headings, internal structure and local business structured data — so Google understands exactly what you offer and where, and shows you in the right searches. It's a one-time payment: no monthly fee, no lock-in.

  • Who it's for: businesses with their own website that isn't showing on Google the way it should.
  • Price: $499 one-time · up to 10 existing pages.
  • Does not include: new pages or design changes — if you need those, that's design or redesign.

How do you know if your site needs it? Typical signs: Google shows your page for your business name but never for your services; your titles look cut off or duplicated in results; or your site gets visits but almost nobody ends up calling. The free audit detects it in minutes and tells you, just as plainly, whether you need this service or your foundation is already fine.

The clarity matters to us: on-page SEO optimizes the pages you already have published. It's included in new $2,500 websites and in remodels over $2,500, and it pairs naturally with the Google listing service to close the local circle. See on-page SEO in detail →

Google Business Profile: your listing on the map, created and optimized

When someone searches for your trade «near me», Google shows the map before almost everything — and the businesses that appear there are the ones with a complete, verified Google Business Profile. If your business isn't on the map, shows the wrong phone number or still hasn't been claimed, you're handing those customers to whoever did do the homework. We create and optimize your listing from zero, or fix the one you have:

  • Creation and verification of the profile, with the right categories
  • Your services, hours, photos and service area, complete and accurate
  • Your data matching your website exactly (Google cross-checks them)
  • A simple system for asking for and replying to reviews
  • Price: quoted for your business — creating and verifying from scratch isn't the same work as optimizing an existing listing. A clear price on the first call, no obligation.

One important warning we give every client: if your business already has a listing and you can't find it, it's almost certainly unclaimed, duplicated or suspended — three different problems with three different fixes, and none of them is solved by «creating another one». On the free call we check the real state of yours before recommending you spend a dollar.

Online stores: sell your products online, with real payment

If you sell products, your store can't depend on someone messaging you on social media and asking «how much?». A proper online store shows your catalog clearly, lets people pay by card in the moment and keeps working while you sleep. We build stores sized to your business — no enterprise platform charged for features you'll never use, and no toy page that breaks at the first real order.

  • Catalog organized by categories, with photos and real prices
  • Cart and secure card payment with Stripe (or your Shopify store, if your operation calls for it)
  • Your store under your own domain, in your name, from day one
  • Training included: we teach you to add products and read your orders
  • Who it's for: shops and brands that sell products and today only sell through social media or in person.
  • Price: quoted around your catalog and the level of store you need.

The question that orders the whole project is a single one: how many products, and how often do they change? With a short, stable catalog, our store integrated with Stripe is usually the fastest, lightest and most economical route. With large inventory, complex variants or sales already flowing, we set up your store on Shopify, in your account, on your domain — and hand it over configured and explained, not half-done.

App development: from a management app to your own platform

There's a point where a growing business stops fitting in notebooks, spreadsheets and loose chats: quotes get lost, requests arrive incomplete, clients wait. That's what we build apps for. Our first level is the management app for your business — requests that arrive organized, your services, your team and your money in one place — from $4,999. The second level is the custom app, from $15,000: your own platform on iOS and Android, built in phases with visible deliveries, so you never pay for a promise locked in a drawer.

  • Who it's for: businesses with an active operation losing time to notebooks, WhatsApp and memory.
  • Price: management apps from $4,999 · custom apps from $15,000.
  • How we work: in phases, with visible deliverables at each stage.

Not sure whether you need an app or your website is enough? On the free call we analyze it honestly: very often the right answer is «not yet» — first a website that sells and tidy processes; the app arrives when volume justifies it. And when it arrives, we build it on what you already have, without starting from zero.

An honest guide

What makes a website cost $900… or $2,500

The question everyone asks — «why do some charge $300 and others $5,000 for "a website"?» — has a simple answer: they're not selling the same thing. Here's what moves the price, explained without fluff.

Size: pages, services and areas

A page for a business with 3 services in one city doesn't cost the same as one with 12 services and 5 coverage areas, because every well-presented service carries its own content: copy that answers what the customer searches for, photos, and the structure Google needs to show that page in the right search. In our range, a compact, complete new site starts at $900; a site with more services, more content and more features approaches $2,500. Everything is defined before we start and is written into your proposal: the price doesn't «grow» during the project.

Features: from an information page to a working tool

The second thing that moves the price is what your page does beyond informing: forms that arrive to your email or WhatsApp, a booking system, a product catalog, online card payment, a version in two languages, a reviews area… Each feature is real building and testing work, and that's why we quote by exact scope. The advantage of doing it this way: you pay for what your business needs today, and your site stays ready to grow in stages when you need it, without being rebuilt.

So why does someone charge $300? The honest comparison

For $300 you normally get a generic template that dozens of businesses also have, copied or generic copy, no optimization for Google, support that vanishes after delivery, and often a hidden «rent»: the page lives in the provider's account and if you stop paying, it disappears. There's also the other extreme: agencies charging $5,000 or more for the same scope, paying for an office, salespeople and layers of managers your project never touches. Our spot is the middle, and we say it plainly: professional custom work, done by the person who serves you, with published prices. Always compare the same things: is it custom or a template?, does it include the copy?, does it include the groundwork for Google?, do the page and the domain stay in your name?, who helps you afterwards?

What's always included, at any level

Whether your project is $900 or $2,500, some things are non-negotiable because they're the basis of your page actually working: custom design, a mobile version crafted first, fast loading, call and WhatsApp buttons always visible, the technical groundwork for Google (titles, descriptions and local business structured data), publishing on a domain in your name, your credentials handed over and basic training so you understand your page. Full on-page SEO (optimization of up to 10 pages) is included in new $2,500 websites and in remodels over $2,500; on smaller projects you can add it whenever you want for $499, one-time.

The costs that come after (so nobody surprises you)

A professional page has two small, predictable costs: your domain (your business's .com name, paid once a year and always kept in your account) and maintenance, which with us is optional from $99/mo — 24/7 monitoring, content changes and support — and cancelable whenever you want without losing your page. If you want to keep growing on Google month after month, local SEO starts at $499/mo. None of this is mandatory to have your page online: everything mandatory is already included in your project. Read the full price guide →

What if I can't do the full project today? Start right, grow in stages

We get it: a small business decides every dollar. That's why our projects are designed in meaningful stages, not «cut-down» versions. Stage one: your professional page with your main services and your Google listing in order — the base that makes you exist and start taking calls. Stage two, when the business asks for it: full on-page SEO or the monthly local SEO plan to push the map. Stage three: features — bookings, payments, a store, or the Spanish version. Each stage is quoted separately, with a fixed price and without redoing the previous one: you grow on top of what's built, not from zero. On the free call we honestly tell you which stage your business is in and which one to pay for first.

So, all-in, what does a website cost per year?

Let's add it up with our own numbers, which are the ones we can answer for. Year one: the site itself, $900–$2,500 one-time, plus your domain's annual renewal — a small yearly fee you pay to your own registrar, in your own account. From there, the mandatory annual cost of simply existing online is just that domain. Everything else is optional and tied to a result: maintenance from $99/mo if you want us watching and updating the site, local SEO from $499/mo if you want to actively push the map, and on-page SEO only if you add it as a one-time $499. Compare that with the «cheap» monthly page rentals, where the fee never ends and the asset is never yours: three years of $199/mo is over $7,000 for something you still don't own.

Plumbers: the page that turns emergencies into calls

A plumber's customer is almost never «comparing options» calmly: they have a leak, a clogged bathroom or no hot water. They search on their phone, look at the first results on Google and Maps, and call the first business that answers and feels trustworthy. That's why a plumber's site is designed for decision speed: a phone number and WhatsApp that are impossible to miss, services written the way people search for them («drain cleaning», «water heater repair», «emergency plumber in Miami»), and the areas you cover named one by one — because Google shows your business based on proximity and on how relevant your content is.

We also work the trust-in-seconds side: real photos of your jobs, your license where it belongs, customer reviews on your Google listing connected to your site, and guideline pricing when your model allows it. The result isn't magic: it's being the clearest, fastest answer at the exact moment someone needs you. See the full plumbers page →

HVAC: separate today's emergency from the maintenance contract

An HVAC business in Miami lives off two very different customers: the one whose AC died tonight and will pay whoever answers first, and the owner planning an installation or a maintenance plan who compares calmly. A good HVAC page talks to both: an immediate call button and an availability message for the emergency, and full content — brands, warranties, plans, financing if you offer it — for the one deciding on an investment.

Seasonal content also makes a difference: maintenance before summer, checks after a storm, energy efficiency when the electric bill spikes. Publishing and maintaining that content, connected to your Google listing and your reviews, is what separates the company that always shows up from the one that depends on word of mouth alone. See the full HVAC page →

Electricians: trust first, calls after

Electrical work touches the safety of the home, and the customer knows it: before calling they check whether you have a license, whether you have reviews and whether your business looks serious. A well-built electrician site answers those three doubts without the customer having to ask: license and insurance where they belong, real jobs photographed, services explained in language a homeowner understands — «my breaker keeps tripping» said in your technical words too — and a short path to the estimate.

We also organize your services by intent: electrical emergencies, panels and upgrades, lighting, generators and commercial work don't compete with each other when each one has its own clear section and its own call to action. That helps the customer choose you and helps Google show you in the right search. See the full electricians page →

Remodeling and construction: sell projects with evidence

Nobody signs a kitchen remodel over a pretty ad: they sign after seeing finished work, understanding your process and feeling you won't leave them with the house torn open. That's why a remodeler's or general contractor's page is built around evidence: before-and-after galleries organized by project, an honest explanation of how you work — visit, design, permit, build, delivery —, the areas and project types you do accept, and a form that already collects the basics: project type, area, approximate size and photos of the space.

That level of clarity filters on its own: you get fewer tire-kickers and more customers with a real project, and every inquiry arrives with the information you need to quote without losing days to back-and-forth. See remodeling → · See construction →

Roofing: storm season is won before it starts

The roofer who shows up on Google when the storm passes didn't improvise that week: their site, listing and reviews were ready long before. A roofing page does double duty: capturing urgency (leaks, wind damage, post-storm inspection) and building trust for the big project (full replacement, commercial roofing), where the customer calmly compares licenses, materials and warranties. That's why we separate the services, show the materials you install and explain your warranties in clear language — without the exaggerations that make people suspicious.

A detail we see all the time: excellent roofers whose only photos live on the owner's phone. Organizing that evidence into real galleries, connected to the Google listing, usually makes more difference than any ad. See the full roofing page →

Painters: your gallery is your best salesperson

Few trades sell as visually as painting: the customer decides by looking at jobs like theirs. A professional painter's page organizes that evidence — interiors, exteriors, cabinets, commercial painting — and removes the friction from the decision: how the process works (protection, prep, paint, cleanup), which brands you use, how long a typical project takes and how to request the estimate with photos over WhatsApp. Every doubt your page answers is one less objection on the call.

And since painting projects get recommended between neighbors, reviews from your area and photos of local jobs turn your page into a magnet in the very neighborhoods where you already work. See the full painters page →

Carpentry and custom kitchens: high-ticket projects

Someone commissioning a custom kitchen or a built-in closet isn't looking for «the cheapest»: they're looking for the right craftsman, because they'll live with that piece for years. A carpenter's or kitchen installer's page has to feel like a serious workshop: the process explained (measuring, design, materials, fabrication, installation), the materials you work with, galleries by project type and honest timelines. That content also protects you: it filters out whoever wants warehouse prices and attracts whoever values custom work.

Here the contact form asks for more than a name: project type, approximate measurements and photos of the space, so your first call is already a working conversation and not an interrogation. See the full carpentry page →

Restaurants, cafés and food trucks: let hunger find you

A restaurant's customer decides on their phone, in minutes: they search «near me», look at photos, check the menu and the reviews, and choose. Your page has to answer that impulse: a menu that's easy to read on a phone, hours and location one tap away, a button to call or order, and your Google listing with the photos that open the appetite. For food trucks we add the essentials: where you are today, a location calendar and event bookings.

And there's a hidden advantage: whoever controls their own page doesn't depend on anybody's percentage. Your direct orders, with no middlemen keeping your margin, start with a well-built page. See the full restaurants page →

The process, no surprises

How we work, step by step and in writing

We know handing your business's money to someone you don't know takes trust. That's why our process is built so you never take a blind step: every stage has a deliverable you can see before moving on.

The 15-minute call: we listen before we quote

Everything starts with a free call or video call of about 15 minutes, no obligation. We ask what we need to quote you properly: what your business does, which services you want to sell, which areas you cover, what you have online today — website, social media, Google listing — and what's working and what isn't. If you already have a site, we review it with you on that same call as part of the free audit.

By the end of the call you'll know two things clearly: whether a new page (or a redesign, or «just» fixing your Google listing) is what your business needs right now, and what it would cost with us. If we honestly believe spending on this doesn't make sense for you yet, we tell you on that same call. We'd rather give you an honest «not yet» today than an unhappy client tomorrow.

Proposal and contract: fixed price, exact scope, zero surprises

From what we discussed we prepare a proposal with the total price closed — inside the published range of $900 to $2,500 for new sites — and the exact list of what's included: pages, services, features and timelines. With the proposal comes the contract, clear and simple, and the 50/25/25 interest-free payment plan: 50% to start, 25% when you approve the design and 25% before publishing. Nothing is charged «just in case» and no fee ever appears later that we didn't discuss first.

When you approve it, your project enters production with a committed delivery date: between 3 and 7 business days from when we receive your information. We tell you exactly what we need from you (you'll see it in the next step) so that clock doesn't stop over a forgotten item. The contract itself is short and readable: scope, price, payment schedule, delivery window and who owns what — your domain and your site in your name — spelled out without legal fog. If any clause confuses you, we explain it on the call before you sign; a contract you understand protects us both.

Design: you see it on a private link before the world does

We build your site at a private address (staging) where you can open it from your phone and review it calmly: copy, photos, services, areas, buttons. The design is custom for your business — not a template with your logo pasted on —, thought mobile-first, with fast loading and the call and WhatsApp buttons where the thumb expects them.

From you we need only the essentials, and we ask for everything together in a short list: your business name and details, your services and areas, photos of your work if you have them (if not, we guide you), and access to your domain or help creating it in your name. We go over the changes you request at this stage together, and when you give the green light, we prepare the launch.

Launch: sign-off, final payment and the keys in your hand

Before publishing we run the full check: links, forms, speed, the mobile version, and that your Google listing and your page tell the same story. When everything is ready, you review the final site and sign the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate — the document that records that you saw your page, approved it and know what's included —; with your signature the final 25% is processed and your site goes live on your domain, in your name.

And we don't disappear: we hand over your access credentials, teach you how to use your page — how to request changes, how to see your inquiries, the basics so you depend on no one — and we stay one message away. If you hire maintenance (from $99/mo), we also watch your site every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, and handle content changes for you.

No anxiety

And after publishing? Your first 90 days on Google

Publishing your page isn't the end of the work: it's the day Google starts getting to know you. Here's what really happens in the first three months, no fairy tales.

Weeks 1–2: Google discovers and indexes your site

At launch we submit your site to Google with its sitemap so its crawlers walk it and store it in their index. In these first weeks the normal thing is to appear when someone searches your exact name — and not yet for your services. That's the expected behavior of a new site: Google first confirms you exist, that your business is real and that your listing and your page tell the same story. Your job in this stage is simple: share your page on your social media and with your customers, so the first visits and the first reviews start coming in.

Months 1–2: the map starts answering

With the listing verified and in order, your business starts showing on the map for searches of your service in your area. Here reviews make the difference between showing third or tenth: every happy customer you ask for a review — with the direct link, at the moment of a job well done — is a vote Google counts. In this stage, with the local SEO service, we work the signals that speed the process up: content per service, fresh photos on the listing and your data consistent across the important directories.

Month 3 onward: consistency, not magic

By the third month your presence has a base: indexed page, active listing, growing reviews. What follows is smart consistency: keeping information up to date, continuing to ask for reviews, publishing useful content when your trade calls for it (seasons, new services, new areas) and checking from time to time what monitoring and search data tell you. The businesses that win on Google aren't the ones that did «a trick»: they're the ones that stayed visible while their competition forgot their page a month after paying for it.

And through that whole road you're not alone interpreting charts: we explain what to look at, what it means and what the next step is. No impossible-to-read reports and no renewable fluff sold to you every month.

We see it every week

Mistakes that cost Miami businesses customers

In the free audits we run, the same problems keep coming up. None of them are the owner's fault: nobody explained this to them before. Check yourself against this list — if more than one sounds familiar, your business is leaving calls on the table. The good news: every one of them has a fix, and most are cheaper to solve than the customers they cost you each month. The free audit tells you which ones apply to you and in what order to attack them.

1 · «People find me on Instagram»

Social media is rented ground: the algorithm decides who sees you and your account can be shut down tomorrow. Worse: when the customer searches Google for «plumber in Hialeah», your Instagram almost never shows — your competitor's page and listing do. Social helps; your home on the internet has to be your website.

2 · An incomplete or unverified Google listing

The most expensive mistake, and the most common: businesses that «don't show on the map» because their listing was never claimed, holds an old phone number or is missing its services. The customer can't find you, Google doesn't recommend you, and the job goes to the business next door with the complete listing.

3 · A page that looks bad on a phone

The great majority of your customers find you from their phone, often from the car or the job site. A page designed for a desktop — tiny text, buttons impossible to tap, the number buried in a menu — turns that visit into a call… to someone else.

4 · A slow page nobody waits for

Every extra second of loading costs you real customers: conversion drops 4.42% per second, according to the Portent study we cite above. Heavy templates, unoptimized photos and builders full of unnecessary code make your page take 6, 8, 10 seconds. The customer doesn't wait: they go back and tap the next result.

5 · Not asking for reviews (or asking badly)

Your happy customers almost never leave a review on their own — you have to ask well, at the right moment and with the direct link. The businesses at the top of the map aren't «lucky»: they have a simple system for asking for and replying to reviews every week.

6 · A rented page that will never be yours

Paying $99 or $199 a month «for your page» sounds cheap, until you add up three years and realize you paid more than an owned page costs… and canceling loses you everything: page, content and sometimes even the domain. Your internet presence should be an asset of your business, not another rent.

7 · Different details in every place

One phone number on the listing, another on the page, one set of hours on Facebook and another on Google. The customer gets confused… and so does Google: that inconsistency lowers your visibility on the map. Your business should say exactly the same thing everywhere, always.

8 · Having a page and never checking it again

The page that was published and forgotten gathers digital dust: services you no longer offer, old prices, photos from five years ago. A living business deserves a living page — which is why we include permanent monitoring and a simple path for requesting changes.

9 · Depending on referrals alone

Referrals are gold, but they arrive when they arrive — and more and more, the referred customer searches your name on Google before calling. If they find nothing confirming the recommendation, the job cools off. Your page and your reviews are where that referral gets closed.

A real case, verifiable

Road Rescue Miami: from invisible on Google to winning customers in two languages

Road Rescue Miami provides light roadside assistance — battery, tire, keys locked in the car — across Miami-Dade and Broward. Their problem was the one many good businesses have: the service was excellent, but on the internet they practically didn't exist. Every stranded driver searching Google for help ended up calling someone else.

We built their complete home on the internet: a truly bilingual site — every Spanish page has its English twin, because in Miami the stranded customer searches in both languages —, contact in one tap because in an emergency nobody fills forms, online payment from day one by card, Zelle or cash, and a public reviews page where their own customers tell the story of the service: anyone can read them on the site, always visible.

Speed was worked as part of the project, not as a promise: the whole site weighs under 1 MB, so it loads fast even on the weak signal of a highway. Then we added the second piece: a custom management app where every request that comes through the web arrives instantly, with the customer's details, and the business keeps its services and earnings organized in one place.

The project, in order:

  • A complete bilingual site (Spanish and English), every service explained
  • Online payment by card, Zelle or cash, and public 5-star reviews
  • The full site under 1 MB: fast loading even on a weak signal
  • Local structured data and a listing aligned with the page
  • A management app connected to the form: every request arrives instantly

The lesson for your business? No national-chain budget was needed: what was needed was a fast, clear page, an orderly Google listing, real reviews in plain sight and answering every request within minutes. That's exactly what we build for every client, in their trade and their area.

And notice what this case doesn't have: no paid ads holding it up, no tricks, no impossible promises. It has the foundation done right — a fast page in two languages, an orderly listing, public reviews and an immediate answer — maintained over time. If your business gives a good service and barely exists online, your case can look a lot like this one with the same order of work.

It is not our only live proof: Mejor Filtro de Agua, a content and product-review site we built and run, shows the same approach on a different kind of project — real research, honest comparisons and a site light enough to load instantly. Different business, same standard: everything published, everything checkable.

Let's talk straight

Three ideas that leave good businesses without internet customers

We hear them on the free calls, from hard-working owners who support their family with their trade. None of them is true — and all three are expensive.

«That Google stuff is for big companies; word of mouth works for me»

Word of mouth is alive — it just changed address. Back then a neighbor recommended you and the customer called; today the neighbor recommends you and the customer searches your name on Google before calling. If at that moment they find no page, or an empty listing with no reviews, the recommendation cools off and the customer ends up calling someone else «just in case». Word of mouth and Google don't compete: Google is where word of mouth gets confirmed. Small businesses also hold an advantage chains can't buy: in local search, proximity and real reviews weigh as much as budget. A plumber from Hialeah with his house in order ranks above a national franchise in his own neighborhood.

«When I have more clients, I'll invest in the page»

It sounds prudent and it's a logic trap: the page is precisely one of the tools for getting those clients. Waiting to have more work to build the channel that brings work is like waiting to be in shape to start training. That said, there's a piece of reason we do respect: not every business needs the full project on day one. That's why we work in stages with a fixed price — start with your page and your listing in order, and add local SEO or features when the business asks for it — instead of selling you the biggest package or telling you to come back «when you can».

«My nephew will make me one for free»

He'll probably make it with love — and for many businesses that first page served as a digital business card. The problem arrives at month three: the page doesn't show on Google because nobody did the technical part, the form stops arriving because nobody watches it, and your nephew started college / moved abroad / got a new job. A business page is not a favor: it's infrastructure that real calls depend on, and it needs someone who answers when something fails. If that someone is family and also maintains, optimizes and responds like a professional, perfect. If not, the cheap option ends up being exactly the opposite.

Buy with judgment

How to choose your web designer in Miami (even if it's not us)

Every week we talk to owners who already paid for a page that didn't serve them. Almost all of them signed without asking these questions. Ask them yourself, to whoever you quote — if the answers are clear, you're on a good track; if there's dodging, keep looking. Take this list to every quote you request — including ours.

1 · Will the page and the domain be in my name?

It's the most important question of all. If the designer registers your domain in their account or your page lives inside their closed platform, in practice your business on the internet belongs to them: if you argue, if they close, if they raise the price, you're left with nothing and start from zero — and Google starts from zero with you. The right answer sounds like this: «the domain goes in your name, in your account, and we hand you all your credentials». At CafecitoWeb it's written policy from day one, not a favor.

2 · Is the price fixed, and is everything in writing?

«Starting at $499» can end at $3,000 if everything is «an extra»: the copy, the photos, the form, the Google connection. Ask for the exact list of what's included and the closed total price before paying the deposit, and for the payment plan to be clear — we work 50/25/25 interest-free, tied to deliverables you approve. If the price «will be figured out along the way», the one assuming the risk is you.

3 · Who writes the copy: you or me?

Many owners discover mid-project that «the content is on you»: two weeks stuck writing the description of every service while the delivery clock runs. A professional service interviews your business, writes the copy thinking about what your customers search on Google and shows it to you for approval. You know your trade; the provider should know how to turn it into words that sell.

4 · What's really included for showing up on Google?

«SEO included» is easy to say. Ask for the detail: titles and descriptions per page?, local business structured data?, Google listing created and connected?, sitemap submitted to Google? Serious technical groundwork has a first and last name; the generic kind is a sales phrase. And watch the other alarm bell: whoever guarantees you «the #1 spot» is lying to you — nobody controls that. What is controllable is doing everything right, from day one.

5 · Can I see real work, live today?

Ask for the addresses of published sites of clients like you and open them from your phone: do they load fast?, can you find the call button in two seconds?, do they read well? A pretty screenshot in a presentation proves nothing; a live site does. Our projects can be visited and touched: Road Rescue Miami and Mejor Filtro de Agua are linked on this very page, with their case told in detail.

6 · What happens AFTER publishing? Who helps me, and what does it cost?

Launch isn't the end: it's when the questions start. Who do you write to if you want to change a price?, how long do they take?, what does it cost? A serious provider has a public answer and price: our maintenance is optional, from $99/mo, includes 24/7 monitoring and content changes, and isn't required to keep your page. The page is yours with or without a plan: that sentence, said without hesitation, is the one you need to hear.

7 · What guarantee do I have if something goes wrong?

Ask what happens if 15 days in, something doesn't work the way it was delivered. Our answer is in the process: you review your site on a private link before publishing, you sign the delivery certificate only when you've approved it, and you keep a 30-day defect warranty after launch. What we're after with this question isn't the warranty itself — it's the reaction: whoever hesitates, changes the subject or says «that never happens here» is warning you how they'll treat you when it does happen.

8 · How long does it take, and what do you need from me?

A serious project has a date and a short list of your to-dos from the start. We deliver between 3 and 7 business days from when we receive your information, and what we ask of you fits in one message: business details, services, areas and photos if you have them. Distrust two extremes: whoever promises «your page tomorrow» asking for nothing (they'll fill it with a template) and whoever is still «waiting on content» at week three because they never asked you clearly.

Learn before you decide

The basics, explained the way we'd explain them to a friend

If you've never had a website, these three topics are the ones that confuse people most — and the ones fluff-sellers take most advantage of. Here they are, clear, in three short drop-downs.

What is web design, in plain words?

Web design is building your business's house on the internet. It's not «making a pretty page»: it's deciding what a customer sees when they find you — which services you offer, in which area, why they should trust you and how they contact you in one tap — and building it so it loads fast on their phone and Google understands it and shows it. A good local business page does three jobs at once: you get found (Google and the map), you get believed (professional design, real photos, reviews) and you get called (call and WhatsApp buttons always in sight). If one of the three is missing, the page is an expensive ornament.

That's why our work mixes design, copy written to sell your services, and the technical groundwork of local search from day one — not as «extras» sold later.

What does a truly professional website include?

A professional page for a service business includes, at minimum: a homepage that says in seconds what you do and where; a page or section for each important service, with the content your customers search for on Google; your service areas named; real photos of your work; reviews or a path to getting them; call and WhatsApp buttons visible across the whole site; a contact form that actually reaches your email or phone; and the part you can't see but that decides your future on Google: correct titles and descriptions on every page, local business structured data, cared-for speed and the connection to your Google listing.

If a quote doesn't mention half of these things, you're not comparing the same offer: you're comparing a template with an asset. Always ask for the list in writing — we deliver it in the proposal before you pay a dollar.

Domain, hosting, certificate… what is each one, and who pays for it?

An analogy makes it all clear: your domain is your house's address on the internet (yourbusiness.com) — it's paid once a year, it's cheap, and at CafecitoWeb it's always registered in your name, in your account. Hosting is the land the page lives on: our sites run on fast, secure infrastructure, and within our projects we don't charge you separate «land» to keep your page online. The security certificate is the padlock (https) that keeps the browser from scaring your customers with «not secure» warnings: it's included and active from day one.

Why do we insist the domain be yours? Because it's your business's identity on the internet. Agencies that register the client's domain in their own name keep the key to your house: if one day you want to leave, you can't. With us you can leave whenever you want — and almost nobody leaves, because the work speaks for itself.

One-page site, landing page or full website: which does your business need?

Three formats that get confused a lot. The one-page site sums your whole business up on one long screen: it works as a digital business card, but falls short when you have several services Google should show separately. The landing page is a page built for a single action — an offer, a specific service, a campaign — and works very well as a complement. The full website, with its homepage and a page per service, is what we recommend to a service business that wants to grow on Google: each service can rank on its own and the customer finds exactly what they were looking for.

On the free call we review your case and tell you which one fits you today; very often the smart move is to start with the full site for your main services and grow in stages, instead of paying for the wrong format twice.

Google, the map and «the listing»: how do they fit together?

Three pieces of the same puzzle. Google Search is the classic results page: where your website competes to appear when someone types your service. The map (Google Maps and the map block inside Search) is where local businesses appear by proximity, and it feeds on your Google Business Profile — your listing: the business card with your name, phone, hours, photos and reviews. Your page and your listing reinforce each other: Google cross-checks that they tell the same story, and the customer who finds you on the map lands on your page to decide. That's why we never work one without the other: a listing without a page loses the click, and a page without a listing loses the map.

Do you only serve Miami?

Our studio is in Miami and this site's homepage talks about Miami because it's our home — but we work 100% online and serve businesses across the United States. Call, design, delivery and support happen the same whether you're in Houston, Chicago or New York: that's why we have specific pages for each city, with the same process and the same published prices. Distance has never been the problem; communication is, and we take care of that from the first message.

Security, straight up

Your website can scare you too (and it's not always about design)

A website doesn't just have to look good — it has to be looked after. These are the most common vulnerabilities by platform, told honestly — and how we work so they don't happen to you.

If your site runs on WordPress

It's the most used platform in the world, and also the most attacked. The way in is almost never WordPress itself: it's the plugins and themes nobody updates. Without constant maintenance, a WordPress site is exposed to automated attacks looking for exactly that. We've seen businesses lose their website this way, filled with content that wasn't theirs.

If your store is on Shopify

Shopify's core is secure, but your store depends on their platform and on every third-party app you install: each one gets access to your store's data and adds to your monthly bill. If they raise prices or change the rules tomorrow, your business moves with them.

If your site charges you by usage

Some platforms and clouds bill by traffic and consumption. The problem shows up with a traffic spike — or an attack —: usage shoots up and the surprise arrives as an invoice. A small site shouldn't wake up owing thousands just for receiving visits.

How we do it at CafecitoWeb (Cloudflare)

Our pages have no public database and no admin panel an attacker can force: there's no door to break down. They run on Cloudflare's network with unmetered bandwidth, so an attack doesn't turn into a bill. We build in accessibility from the start — alt text on every image and properly labeled forms — because a lawsuit doesn't send a warning. And none of our automation runs without limits or sends anything without a person approving it.

Common questions

FAQ

How much does a website cost for contractors in Miami?

A professional site runs between $900 and $2,500 depending on size and features. Beware of extremes: very cheap usually means generic templates, and very expensive doesn't always mean better.

How long until my site is ready?

Between 3 and 7 business days after we receive your information and photos. We work fast without sacrificing quality.

How do we communicate if you don't have an office?

By phone call, video call, and WhatsApp. That way you don't lose time in traffic and everything stays in writing. Service is personalized, in English and Spanish.

Will the site work on my phone?

Yes. Most of your customers will find you from their phones, so we design mobile-first: fast loading, big call and WhatsApp buttons.

How much does a Miami web designer charge?

A Miami web designer charges between $900 and $2,500 for a professional small business website, depending on size and features. What moves the price is how many pages and services need building and which features you need: a compact site starts at $900 and one with more content, bookings or online payment approaches $2,500. At CafecitoWeb we publish our prices up front and you pay them 50/25/25 interest-free: no surprises, no fine print.

Will my business show up on Google?

Yes — if it's done right. If you're wondering "why doesn't my business show up on Google" or it doesn't show up on Google Maps, we fix that from the root: with our local SEO in Miami and your optimized Google Business Profile, your business shows up when someone searches for what you offer in your area. It happens in this order: first, your Google Business Profile created and verified, with your services, photos and service area — that's what puts you on the map. Second, a fast, clear website saying the same thing as your listing: what you do, where, and how to reach you. Third, real customer reviews asked for steadily, because Google and your future customers read them. How much does website maintenance cost?

Our website maintenance plans start at $99/mo and include updates, security, and content changes. Cancel anytime without losing your site.

Will a website redesign hurt my rankings?

Not if it's done right. In a website redesign we protect your URLs and your current rankings so you don't lose what you've already earned on Google.

How much does a website cost for a small business?

A professional website for a small business typically runs $900–$2,500 one-time at CafecitoWeb — no monthly rent, no fine print. The exact price depends on pages and features, and we quote it in writing before starting.

How much does SEO cost in Miami?

Our local SEO plans start at $499/mo. Every plan includes Google Business Profile optimization, local keywords, and monthly reporting in plain English — or Spanish, if you prefer.

How much does it cost to have a website redesigned?

From $900, depending on the size of your current site. We keep what works — your domain, your content, your Google rankings — and rebuild the rest.

What is the best website design for small business?

The one that brings customers: fast on phones, clear services and prices, one-tap call and WhatsApp buttons, and Google-ready from day one. That is what we build.

Is it worth hiring a web designer?

If your business depends on local customers, yes: a professional website pays for itself with the clients it brings in. And unlike ads, nobody takes it away when you stop paying.

Can my business show up when someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI answers?

Yes, it can — and the recipe is the same as always, because those answers don't come from nowhere: they're built from the information the AI finds about your business on the internet. If your page clearly explains which services you offer and in which area, your Google listing is complete and verified, and your details are the same everywhere, you have exactly what those systems need to mention you. It's, in practice, what we already do with every client: a clear, well-structured website, an orderly listing and real reviews. What nobody honest can do is guarantee an AI will name you every time: distrust anyone selling «AI positioning» as magic.

Do I have to buy the domain and hosting myself?

You don't have to fight anything technical: we set it all up working. What we do differently from the agencies that «rent» pages is that the domain — your business's name on the internet — is registered in your name, in your account, paid with your money. It's your digital identity and it has to be yours. We walk you through it step by step on the call if needed, in English and without jargon.

I already get clients from Instagram and Facebook — why do I need a website?

Because they're two different jobs. Social media works so people who already follow you — or whomever the algorithm decides to show you to — see you; Google works so whoever is searching for your service right now, card in hand, finds you. That customer almost never arrives through Instagram: they type «electrician near me» and call one of the first results. Besides, your social account is rented ground — it can be shut down or lose reach tomorrow —; your page and your domain are yours forever. The ideal isn't choosing: it's having your house (the page) and using social media as the loudspeaker.

Will I be able to update my page myself?

Yes. At handover we teach you the essentials so you depend on no one: how to request changes from us, and if you hire maintenance, we make the content changes for you — copy, photos, prices, hours — while you run your business. And something important: we hand you everything and teach you how to use it. Your page, your domain and your code are in your name from day one.

Do you also build the site in Spanish?

Yes. In Miami many businesses sell in two languages, and a well-built bilingual site is not «the same page translated with a button»: each version has its own address and its own carefully written content, so Google shows it to the customer searching in that language. That's how we did it with Road Rescue Miami, which today serves customers in Spanish and English from the same site. Tell us how your customer searches and we'll recommend whether you need it now or it can wait.

What do you need from me to get started?

Very little, and we ask for it all together: your business name and details, the list of services you want to sell, the areas where you work and photos of your jobs if you have them (if you don't, we guide you). With that and the free 15-minute call we put together your proposal with a fixed price. The rest — design, copy, publishing — is on us.

What if I don't like the design?

We never publish anything you haven't approved. Your site is first built on a private link where you review it calmly from your phone, request your changes, and only when you give the green light do you sign the delivery certificate and it goes live. That way launch day holds no surprises: it's the same site you already saw and approved.

How long until my new website starts paying off?

It depends on what we measure. Your page is online on launch day and anyone searching your name finds you from that moment. For searches of your services in your area, Google needs weeks to crawl, index and start ranking a new site — and the Google listing and the first reviews speed that process up. What we do promise is the right process from day one and explaining what's happening at each stage, without selling you results with an exact date: nobody controls that, and whoever guarantees it to you is lying to you. Think of your page like opening a shop on a good street: on opening day you can already sell, but the neighborhood takes a few weeks to learn you exist — and every review and every visit teaches it faster.

Can I pay for my project in parts?

Yes. Every site is paid 50/25/25 interest-free: 50% to start, 25% when you approve the design on your private link and 25% before publishing. You never pay 100% up front for something you haven't seen. For large projects, like apps from $35,000, we also offer interest-free financing up to 18 months with 25% down, processed with Stripe. And the monthly services — maintenance and local SEO — carry no forced contract: they stay because they work, not because a piece of paper ties you down.

Who writes the content of my site?

We do. We interview you about your business, your services and your areas, and we write the copy the way your customers search on Google — clear, honest, in your voice — and show it to you for approval before publishing. You bring the knowledge of your trade; we turn it into pages that sell. If you already have texts or a logo you love, we work with them; if you have nothing, we start from zero with you.

What happens if my site goes down?

With our maintenance, you'd most likely never find out from a customer: we monitor your site every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, and the alert reaches us so we can fix it. Without maintenance your site still lives on fast, secure infrastructure — but nobody is watching it, which is exactly why the plan exists. Either way, your page and your domain are yours: a technical incident never costs you your presence — and you hear about it from us, not from a lost customer.

Can you move my site from Wix, GoDaddy or WordPress?

Yes — migration is part of many redesigns. We rebuild your site fast and light, carrying over what's worth keeping: your content, your photos and, carefully, your web addresses, with redirects so Google doesn't lose what it already knows about you. The usual result is a site that loads in a fraction of the time, costs less to maintain and is 100% yours. On the free call we look at your current platform and tell you honestly if migrating is worth it in your case.

Does the site include professional email on my domain?

Yes, business email on your own domain ([email protected]) is among the included items we work with, and it makes a real difference in trust: writing to a client from an email carrying your company's name is not the same as writing from a generic one. We leave it set up and explained at handover.
