Road Rescue Miami: a website built for the moment of the emergency

When a driver gets stranded, they don't calmly compare prices: they search Google and call the first one that earns their trust. This site was built to be that first one.

The goal

Road Rescue Miami provides light roadside assistance across Miami-Dade and the surrounding areas, from Broward to Homestead. The goal was clear: a driver with a flat tire, a dead battery or keys locked inside should find them on Google right away, understand the service with no fluff, and be able to call, message on WhatsApp and pay online from the same phone, at any hour.

The challenge

The business didn't have a website of its own that matched the quality of its service: without a fast, clear site, every emergency searching online for help ended up in someone else's hands. And in this trade the decision takes under a minute, almost always on a phone, often at night and under stress. If the page loads slowly or the call button isn't obvious, that customer is gone for good.

The competition

Road Rescue doesn't just compete with the shop around the corner. It competes with national roadside-assistance chains with enormous budgets, service apps and directories that sell leads to the highest bidder. A local business doesn't win that fight with more money: it wins by being the fastest, the clearest and the most trustworthy at the exact moment of the search.

How we approached it

  • Truly bilingual (Spanish and English). In Miami, stranded drivers search in both languages; the entire site exists in both — every page with its own English URL under /en/, not just the homepage.
  • One-tap contact. Call and WhatsApp always visible: in an emergency, nobody fills out long forms.
  • Online payment from day one. Customers can pay by card (Stripe), Zelle or cash, with no friction and no surprises.
  • Public, verifiable reviews. The site has its own reviews page where any customer can leave theirs, and the reviews are always visible, right on the page: it currently holds 11 five-star reviews. Trust is shown, not promised.
  • Speed measured, not promised. The whole site weighs under 1 MB: in the October 2026 optimization the logo went from 589 KB to 12 KB and the main image from 542 KB to 119 KB (WebP format), so it loads fast even on a weak roadside signal.
  • Complete technical SEO. Local-business structured data, a sitemap, one page per service with real content and its own FAQ: the technical foundation for Google to find and understand every service.
  • The client's own domain. roadrescuemiami.com lives in the business's own account and is 100% theirs.

Where it stands today

A live, working website in two languages — 10 pages in Spanish and their 10 English twins — with online payment, 11 public five-star reviews always visible, contact one tap away and the complete technical SEO foundation, verified live in October 2026.
