Membership Terms

1. What a membership is

A membership is a recurring monthly service: website maintenance, local SEO, or email marketing. While your subscription is active, we do the work described in your plan every month.

• Website maintenance: Essential $99/mo · Pro $199/mo · Premium $349/mo.
• Local SEO: Essential $499/mo · Pro $899/mo.
• Email marketing: $299 the first month (includes initial setup) and $199/mo from the second month.

2. Automatic monthly billing

• Billing is automatic each month to your card, securely via Stripe.
• The first charge happens when you subscribe; the following ones, each month on the same date.
• If a charge fails, we'll notify you by email and WhatsApp so you can update your card. If it's not resolved within 7 days, we pause the service until the payment is settled.

3. No commitment: cancel whenever you want

• No forced contract or cancellation penalty.
• To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (786) 708-0916 or [email protected]. We process your cancellation the same day.
• Or cancel it yourself whenever you want from your client portal: sign in and click "Manage my subscription".
• You keep the service until the end of the month you've already paid for. The current month is not refunded, but we won't tie you to the next one.

4. Change hours (maintenance)

• Your plan's change hours are for day-to-day content: texts, photos, prices, hours, and simple sections.
• Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. We notify you before the month ends so you can use them.
• Additional hours: $75 each, always approved by you before we do them.
• Does not include full redesigns or new features: those are quoted separately.

5. What we need from you

To work we need your website address and, depending on the service, access (your hosting, your Google profile) or your email list. Delays due to missing materials or access pause the month's work, with no refund of time lost for that reason.

6. Local SEO: what we do and don't promise

We do serious local SEO: your Google profile, reviews, directories, content, and honest monthly reports. What we don't promise — because no honest person can — is guaranteed Google rankings or exact timelines: results depend on your trade's competition and your area (usually 3 to 6 months in favorable scenarios, and 6 to 12 months or more in highly competitive markets).

7. Email marketing

• We work with your client list. We never buy email lists.
• All campaigns include a clear unsubscribe option, as the law requires.
• The initial setup (included in the first month) gets your tool, your templates, and your first automation ready.

8. Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time: from your client portal ("Upgrade plan" button) or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +1 (786) 708-0916. The change applies immediately, with proportional adjustment: if you upgrade, the difference for the remaining days of the cycle is charged, and if you downgrade, it's credited toward the next charge.
