Terms of Service

1. What's included in each service

• Web design ($900–$2,500, one-time payment): custom bilingual (English/Spanish) website, optimized for mobile and Google, with WhatsApp and call buttons. Includes 2 rounds of revisions.
• Website redesign (from $900): modernization of your current site, keeping your content and what already works. Includes 2 rounds of revisions.
• Maintenance (Essential $99 / Pro $199 / Premium $349 per month): monitoring, backups, security, and content-change hours per plan. No lock-in: cancel whenever you want.
• Local SEO (Essential $499 / Pro $899 per month): optimization of your presence in local searches (Google profile, reviews, directories, content). No lock-in: cancel whenever you want.
• Google Business Profile and Apple Maps: setup and optimization, quoted according to your business.
• Business email (like [email protected]): included free with our services.

2. Delivery times

• New website or redesign: 3–7 business days, counted from when we receive your texts, photos, and logo. If you're late sending us the material, the count pauses until we have it.
• Google Business Profile / Apple Maps: 3–5 business days (verification by Google or Apple may take additional time outside our control).
• Local SEO: it's background work. You'll see initial movement within weeks, but solid results depend on your trade and area's competition: 3 to 6 months in favorable scenarios, and 6 to 12 months or more in very competitive markets. We don't guarantee positions or exact timelines.

3. Google rankings: what we do and don't promise

We do serious local SEO: we optimize your site, your Google profile, your reviews, and your directories. What we don't promise — because no honest person can — is a guaranteed position on Google ("we'll put you at #1"). If someone guarantees you that, be skeptical.

4. Revisions

Web design and redesign include 2 rounds of revisions: you tell us what to adjust and we fix it. Additional changes or scope changes (new pages or features not quoted) are quoted separately before we do them.

5. Payments

• Projects under $5,000 (design, redesign, maps): 50% deposit to start and 50% balance on delivery, by credit/debit card via Stripe.
• Large projects ($5,000 or more): bank transfer (wire/ACH), with no card fees. Paid by milestones: 50% deposit to start, 25% midway, and 25% on delivery.
• Monthly plans (maintenance, SEO): automatic monthly card charge via Stripe. Cancel whenever you want; no refund of the current month, but we don't lock you in.
• We don't start any work until the deposit is confirmed.

6. Deposit guarantee

If you don't like the first design proposal, we refund 100% of the deposit. You just have to ask within 7 days of the proposal being presented. No awkward questions.

7. What we need from you

Your logo, texts, photos of your jobs, and access (domain, social accounts) on time. Delays due to missing material pause delivery times, and we can't be held responsible for delays caused by pending information.

8. Website ownership

Once the 100% is paid, the site and the domain are in your name: they're yours. While there's a pending balance, the final transfer waits for full payment.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel an ongoing project; the deposit covers work already done, unless the guarantee in point 6 applies. Monthly plans cancel whenever you want by messaging us on WhatsApp or email: we process your cancellation the same day and you keep the service until the end of the month already paid.
