How much does a website cost with CafecitoWeb?
A new site costs between $900 and $2,500 depending on size and features. Redesigning your current site costs from $900 and the web audit is free. We always give you a fixed price in writing before we start: what we quote is what you pay.
How long until my site is ready?
Between 3 and 7 days from when we receive your information (business name, services, photos, logo). We work fast without sacrificing quality: while others take weeks, you're already getting calls.
How do you work if you have no office?
Everything is by phone or video call: the initial consultation is free, we show you progress over screen share and coordinate everything over WhatsApp. There's no physical office — and that works in your favor: you waste no time in traffic and the service reaches all of Miami-Dade just the same.
Do you really speak Spanish?
Yes — native Spanish, and fluent English too. All communication, your site's copy and our support come in your language, because your customers should understand every word. Explaining your business in your language should never be an obstacle.

What does monthly maintenance include?
Three plans based on what you need: Essential $99/mo (updates, security and backups), Pro $199/mo (plus content changes) and Premium $349/mo (priority support and ongoing improvements). Without maintenance, your site gets slow and vulnerable over time.
Do you guarantee the #1 spot on Google?
No — and be wary of anyone who promises it: no serious company can guarantee #1 on Google, although with our service getting there is a real possibility. What we do is honest local SEO (plans from $499/mo): in favorable scenarios solid results arrive in 3 to 6 months, but in very competitive trades it can take 6 to 12 months or more, depending on your competition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe for services under $5,000 and monthly plans, and bank transfer (wire/ACH) for large projects ($5,000 or more). Large projects are paid by milestones: 50% deposit to start, 25% mid-project and 25% on delivery. We don't start any work until the deposit is confirmed. No surprise charges along the way.
What do I need to get started?
Just your information: business name, the services you offer, photos of your work and your logo if you have one. If you don't have a logo or copy, we help with that. The initial audit is free, no strings attached.
Is business email included?
Yes: an email like [email protected] is included free with our services, set up and ready to use. No paying extra to look professional.
