Motor Club App
Your own roadside assistance club, under your brand: monthly or annual memberships, one-tap help requests with live location, and your provider network handling every service. The big clubs' model, built for Miami towing and roadside assistance companies.
Quick facts
- Approximate fees: From $35,000
- Typical timeline: 1 to 3 months
- How payment works: 50% deposit by bank transfer (wire/ACH), the rest in phases
What it is
It's the app for a roadside assistance club under your own brand: your customers become members on a monthly or annual plan, and when they're stranded they request help from the app. It's the AAA model, built for your company: the membership, the members, and the recurring revenue are yours — not some outside platform's.
Under the hood it shares the engine of an Uber-style app: one-tap requests, live map and GPS, dispatch to your provider network, and in-app payments. The difference is the model: instead of charging for one-off services here and there, the member pays for a plan and gets coverage — and you get income that repeats every month. Dispatch comes in two levels: in the basic club you assign each service yourself from the admin panel; in the full platform dispatch is automatic, to the nearest provider.
What's included
- Member accounts: every customer with their plan, their coverage, and their registered vehicles
- Monthly or annual membership plans, with automatic recurring card billing
- One-tap assistance requests: the member shares their live location, no need to explain where they are
- Manual dispatch from the admin panel: every request arrives with the member's live location, and you assign it to the provider in your network who fits
- In the full platform: an app or module for your providers, with automatic dispatch to the nearest one, who accepts the service in their app and handles it with live tracking
- Member pricing and public pricing, for services outside coverage or customers without a plan
- A complete service history for every member
- Notifications at every step: request received, provider on the way, and service completed
- An admin panel to see members, plans, providers, and services in progress
- Publishing on the App Store and Google Play, with the accounts in your name
The maps and payments accounts stay in your name and you pay their usage costs directly to those providers; we set them up and leave them running.
Who it's for
Roadside assistance companies, towing companies, auto clubs, and any business that wants to sell its own membership club instead of depending on the big clubs. If today your customers call you on the phone and you dispatch over WhatsApp, this app puts that whole operation in order: the request arrives with the exact location, it's logged, and the member sees who's on the way.
We build it from Miami for roadside assistance companies in Miami and across South Florida — where getting stranded on I-95 or the Palmetto is an everyday thing — and for clubs operating in any city: our whole process runs by phone and video call.
Typical timeline
1 to 3 months, depending on scope: how many membership plans you offer, which services you cover, and how many providers you start with. It's built in phases, so you can launch your club and add features later.
Approximate fees
The basic club starts at $35,000: a member app with membership plans and automatic recurring billing, assistance requests with the member's live location, an admin panel with manual dispatch to your provider network, service history, notifications, and publishing on the App Store and Google Play.
The full platform runs $50,000 to $60,000 or more: it includes everything in the basic club and adds the provider app or module, automatic dispatch to the nearest provider with live tracking, and advanced features tailored to your operation (multiple territories, coverage rules by area, and custom reports). Your exact quote comes out of the free call, before you sign anything.
And so there's no confusion: the Management App (from $4,999) is something else — an internal tool to organize your business's customers, inventory, and expenses, and to track your team's hours. It doesn't include public accounts or memberships; that's this app.
How payment works
50% deposit when signing the contract, and the rest in phases, by bank transfer (wire/ACH). You see real progress before paying in full.
And honestly: we build the platform; your company runs the club — providers, pricing, coverage, and legal matters.
No commitment: first a free call to quote your scope.

Questions about the Motor Club app
How is a Motor Club app different from an Uber-style app?
They share the engine: one-tap requests, live map and GPS, dispatch to the provider network, and in-app payments. The difference is the business model. An Uber-style app sells one-off services; a Motor Club app sells membership: the member pays a monthly or annual plan and gets coverage, and you build a member base with recurring revenue. If you'd rather charge per service, with no memberships, yours is the Uber-style app.
How are memberships billed?
With automatic recurring card billing (Stripe): the plan charges itself every month or every year. If a payment fails, the member gets notified and their coverage pauses under the rules you set. The payments account stays in your name and the money goes straight to your company.
Do I need a provider network already?
No. You can start with your own vehicles and crew, and add partner providers as your club grows: the app is built to dispatch to a network, whether it has 2 or 200 providers.
Does the app only work in Miami?
We build it in Miami and most of our roadside assistance clients are in Miami-Dade and South Florida, but your club can cover any city where your company operates. Our whole process runs by phone and video call, so distance changes nothing.
How much does a Motor Club app cost and how long does it take?
The basic club starts at $35,000: a member app with plans and recurring membership billing, assistance requests with live location, and an admin panel with manual dispatch to your provider network. The full platform runs $50,000 to $60,000 or more: it adds the provider app or module and automatic dispatch to the nearest provider. Build time is 1 to 3 months depending on scope, and the exact quote comes out of the free call. Maintenance, so the app stays published and compatible with new phones, has 3 plans: Essential $499/mo, Pro $749/mo, and Premium $999/mo.
What if a customer isn't a member?
They can still request service: the app handles public pricing for anyone without a plan — they pay the full price inside the app and, along the way, see how much they'd save as a member.
